Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by email or phone to confirm your order. We ship only to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise.
We are able to ship to a physical address only. Packages are delivered by courier and must be signed for upon delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to receive the package.
Once your order has been approved for shipment it is forwarded for shipping the next business day. You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of the time your order is approved for shipment. You will know your order has been approved for shipment when you speak to us on the phone. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking number starts with EA then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website. Here are some common sites: www.ups.com
Return and Refund Policies:
If you are NOT satisfied for whatever reason, simply return the product for a full refund, deducting the shipping costs within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will send you a replacement.
